Schiebel Waste provides contractors and homeowners with three different sized roll-off dumpsters; 10 yards, 15 yards and 20 yards. Prices and weight limit vary depending on size, but all roll-offs come equipped with a swinging rear door for easy access.
How To Rent a Roll Off Dumpster
We like to keep things simple, and renting a roll-off with Schiebel Waste is as easy as it gets. Here’s how our process works:
- Contact Schiebel Waste to reserve your desired sized dumpster. Every size roll-off is available to rent for two weeks at the prices listed. After the two week mark, the rental price is an additional $3 per day. Please note that an addtional $100 will be charged for every 1 ton over the stated weight limit.
- Our roll-off dumpster company will then travel to your designated location and drop off the roll-off container. Please note that it’s important to discuss with us possible drop-off areas at the location (at the curb, in the driveway, in the backyard, in the parking lot) or mention any potential issues our driver might have when entering the property.
- After two weeks – or however long you plan to keep the roll-off – our crew will come back on-site to pick up the roll-off container in our specialized roll-off dumpster truck
- We take the roll-off to a disposal facility where it’s weighed (debris included); your bill is then calculated based upon the net weight of the container. Net weight = Full dumpster – Empty dumpster
That’s it! We’ll take care of properly disposing of your debris and junk according to town, state and federal regulations.
What Is A Roll-Off Container?
A roll-off dumpster is an open-topped, rectangular container with wheels attached in order to roll the container into its designated location. Special trucks equipped with hydraulic lifts are used to roll the container on and off the truck. Although some types of roll-off containers don’t have an accessible swing-out rear door, Schiebel Waste’s do in order to make the process more user friendly.
